UHT Direct Injection is differentfrom the indirect system where the heating method is sterilization and pasteurization of food and beverages by direct injection of hot steam at a temperature of 145 "Celsius (custom). Direct hot steam injection in thiscase, media (water, milk) , tea, drinks, ginger juice, grape juice, fruitjuice, herbal fermentation, etc.) in direct contact with heating media (hotsteam) using the DSI (Direct System Injection) system.
